Kenton Valley Cherries

Kenton Valley Cherries is a family owned Cherry Orchard and Cafe, located between Gumeracha and Lobethal in the Adelaide Hills.

Kenton Valley Cherries is a 30 Hectare cherry orchard, packing shed and café located in picturesque Kenton Valley, between Gumeracha and Lobethal in the Adelaide Hills. The property has been owned and operated by the Cornish family for six generations and cherries have been grown for export and domestic markets since 1994.

The Cherry Shed Café is open 7 days a week throughout the cherry season (early December to late January), from 9am – 5pm, selling home-made cherry snacks, cherry products, crafts, gifts, and of course, fresh cherries! We are closed Christmas Day.

Our first grade cherries, including extra-large export cherries, are available in 5kg and 2kg boxes and our ever-popular 1kg windowed gift boxes.

We also offer second grade cherries in 1kg bags and 5kg boxes. Our second grade fruit consists of fruit with minor defects which may include missing stems, skin blemishes or minor rain cracks. Free samples of our seconds are always available to try before you buy.

Our café has proven to be a popular addition to the orchard, with visitors enjoying Robert Timms espresso coffee, Devonshire teas, home-made snacks and beverages. Our home made snacks and beverages include cherry pies, cherry slice, cherry ice-cream and cherry milkshakes.

Other home-made cherry products are available including cherry jam, cherry chutney, cherry topping, cherry sauce and a selection of other fruit preserves. Craft and gifts are also available, much of it home made.

EFTPOS is welcome (sorry, no cash out), and we are happy to take bookings for groups.
